- Digital template packs can be cancelled any time before delivery. Once delivered, digital templates are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described (in which case we will fix, replace, or refund in line with UK consumer law).
- Optional Template Completion Service: if you choose this add-on, we will insert your details into the template based on the information you provide and send you a finished document to review (you still send it yourself).
