1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “We/Us/Our” means Assistance4U Ltd, registered in England & Wales (No 15554178), Canary Wharf, London, E14 9FP.
- “You/User” means any individual accessing the Site or purchasing Services.
- “Site” means our website at the domain through which Services are offered.
- “Services” means our editable templates, self-help resources and related digital products delivered online.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site or purchasing Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use; continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of such updates.
3. Eligibility

Prices are as displayed at the time you place your order, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made via our third-party processors; by submitting payment you agree to their terms and data-processing arrangements in compliance with UK GDPR Article 6.

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices include UK VAT at the current rate; you are responsible for any other local taxes or duties outside the UK.
7. Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy (available on the Site) applies to all purchases and complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
