In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By accessing or using the Site or purchasing Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in full.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy (available on the Site) applies to all purchases and complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where statutory refund rights do not apply, any discretionary refunds are at our sole discretion and subject to the terms set out in that policy.
All content, trademarks, designs and underlying technology on the Site and within Services are owned or licensed by us.

We disclaim all liability for any third-party content, privacy practices or terms; your use of such content is at your own risk.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in question.
We exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, government actions or network outages.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and Services, superseding all prior agreements.
These Terms are governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may amend these Terms at any time; material changes will be notified by prominent notice on the Site and by updating the “Last updated” date below.
Your continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
